It's been quite a week up here in Shetland for the northern lights! Monday night was the most spectacular, flashes and sheets of green light.
The frosty nights and clear skies made for perfect conditions. We spent a good while leaning against our uPVC fence posts gazing at the aurora pulsing and sheeting in curtains of light... fantastic!
It's well worth a winter's trip to Shetland to see!
